This function must be executed at least once for every rod to go forward.

This function generates rod parts information from basic specifications of the rod.  Every parts attribute such as size, weight, etc.  is taken from the respective parts table based on taper data.

The next important function is to resolve all the taper matters and generate 1" naked blank taper, internally. For the purpose, user must press [Generate Parts Data] button at least once.
